Because each item is custom made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.
However, your happiness matters to us!
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly replace it.
To request a replacement, email us with:
1. Your order number
2. A photo of the issue
3. A brief description of the problem
If the issue is due to an error on our end, we will remake and ship your order at no cost.
Please note:
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for low-resolution photos provided by the customer.
Color variations may occur due to different screen settings and printing processes.
